In December 2005 the Chaffee County EMS Foundation, Inc. was founded by the late Dr. Randy Rodak with the goal of providing funding to supplement emergency services equipment and training to the Chaffee County EMT's. The foundation is a nonprofit organization raising money through donations, fund raisers and grants. In October 2010 the Chaffee County EMS Foundation's, Inc. Board reviewed and expanded their mission to work with all emergency agencies in Chaffee County. This would better serve the needs of the citizens and guests in the county. By expanding our mission the foundation will be helping all emergency responders, by fund raising, requesting donations and grant writing.
